This presentation shows the historic evolution of analgesics and pain killers from opium alkaloids and other cannabis based diterpenoids. Search for compound with least dependence being the ongoing work. Further this presentation will show how novel structures evolved from the natural product lead.
1、基于罂粟碱和其它大麻基二萜的止痛药发展历程；
2、目前在低依赖性化合物开发的进展；
3、基于天然产物的新结构。
