In my talk I would like to focus on “what goes on inside”: on the   personal attitudes that made us into successful language learners. After   reflecting on our own experiences, we will discuss various models of   motivation and their components, and I will outline my own way of approaching   the issue, as well as the practical implications for language teachers.

Since I represent one of the most prestigious and successful   English teacher training departments in Hungary, I will also be happy to   discuss our training programmes.
